The key to getting more physically active during the day is just know about any chance to get up and move around. A Couple of examples to help you become more active are:

Use the stairs up and down, rather than taking the elevator as soon as possible.

Park a few blocks away from shops or work and walk the rest of the way.

Take an activity break; get up and stretch, walk around and give your brain and muscles an opportunity to relax.
