The perfect way to start off would be to do some gentle stretches before getting out of bed. Ask your heath care provider that which ones are acceptable for you.

Always seek medical assistance. Do some background research online and produce a list of exactly what questions to ask when you seek medical assistance. Additionally it is important, if your spine issue persists, to make arrangements to have a MRI scan. This is usually definitive in identifying the problem area.
